We aim to dispatch your food within one day for orders received by 1pm using a next day delivery carrier and you should receive your food within two days of placing your order.

We use a Next Day delivery carrier and you should receive your food within two working days of placing your order.
Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm, Saturday, Sunday and Monday before 1pm should be received on Wednesday.
Orders placed before 1pm on a Tuesday should be received on Thursday.
Orders placed before 1pm on a Wednesday should be received on Friday.
Orders placed on a Thursday to Friday 1pm should be received on Tuesday.
Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that resembles a mini freezer and will remain frozen for another 8-12 hours once delivered so you do not have to be in when your package arrives. Your meals should be transferred back into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Unless you have given us specific instructions, the courier will leave in a safe place and advise you. Once the box has been delivered or signed for, it is the recipient’s responsibility to return the meals to the freezer before they defrost.
If you are ordering a gift, please ensure the recipient is made aware of the delivery as we cannot be held responsible for a gift left in a safe place but unclaimed.
