Delivery charge per order £7.95
FREE delivery for orders over £85
We pack and ship your Bistro Chef meals on Tuesdays (order by 1pm Monday)and Thursdays (order by 1pm Wednesday).
Delivery is by 24-hour courier and you will receive your order on a Wednesday or Friday.
You will receive a one-hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance by SMS or email.
Please note that this information is for guidance only. We cannot guarantee delivery according to this schedule. Bank Holidays and unforeseen issues in the delivery process can impact despatch and delivery but we will do our best to minimise them.

About delivery
Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that resembles a mini freezer and will remain frozen for another 8-12 hours once delivered so you do not have to be in when your package arrives. Your meals should be transferred back into a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Unless you have given us specific instructions, the courier will leave in a safe place and advise you. Once the box has been delivered or signed for, it is the recipient’s responsibility to return the meals to the freezer before they defrost.
Gifting? Select ‘Different Delivery Address’ at checkout. Please ensure the recipient is made aware of the delivery as we cannot be held responsible for a gift left in a safe place but unclaimed.
