A delicious puff pastry topped pie made of confit duck, cherry tomato, plum sauce & hoisin sauce.

INGREDIENTS: Pulled Duck (42%), Puff Pastry (23%) (Wheat Flour) Cherry Tomato (16%), Hoisin Sauce (7%), Spring Onion (5%), Plum Sauce (6%), Dijon Mustard (Mustard/Sulphites), Caper, Pepper. Puff Pastry (Wheat/Egg Yolk)

How to cook: for best results oven cook from frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  • Pre-heat oven

  • Remove sleeve and film

  • Place on a backing tray in the centre of the oven

  • Cook for 40-45 minutes (from frozen) / 25-30 minutes (from chilled)
