Lobster & langoustine soup
A rich creamy soup packed full of seafood flavour, finished with Pernod and a pinch of saffron.
INGREDIENTS: Fish Bones (Fish), Langoustine (Crustaceans), White Wine (Sulphites), Water, Carrot, Onion, Leeks, Tomato Puree, Fennel, Rice, Sea Salt, Brandy, Garlic, Tabasco Sauce, Fennel Seed, Thyme, Coriander Seed, Rosemary, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Water, Double Cream (Milk), Lobster Glaze (Crustaceans, Fish, Molluscs) Saffron, chopped tomatoes, Pernod

How to cook: for best results cook from frozen
HOB:
• Empty contents into a saucepan.
• Warm on a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until piping hot (usually 6-8mins).
MICROWAVE (900W Cat. E):
• Remove sleeve and lid.
• Rest lid loosely on top to allow steam to escape.
• Heat for 5½ mins on full power, stirring halfway through.
• Allow to stand for 1 min.
