British beef braised in red wine and beef stock, flavoured with carrots, onions, garlic, and a bouquet garni, and garnished with pearl onions, mushrooms, and pancetta. 

INGREDIENTS: Beef (34%), Red Wine (23%) (Sulphites),  Mushrooms (11%), Pancetta (10%), Carrot (7%), Baby Onion (3%), Tomato Paste, Gluten Free Flour (rice flour, potato flour, tapioca flour, maize flour, buckwheat flour), Beef Stock, contains; vegetable oil, (palm, sunflower), flavourings, salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, sugar, beef broth powder, beef powder, caramel syrup, celery seeds. How to cook: for best results oven cook from frozen

Oven: Fan 170C / Electric 190C / Gas Mark 5

  • Pre-heat oven 

  • Remove sleeve and pierce film

  • Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven

  • Cook for 40-45 minutes (from frozen) / 25-30 minutes (from chilled)

Microwave

Microwave: 850W

  • Remove sleeve and pierce film

  • Place on microwavable plate

  • Cook 4mins – stir gently & recover – 3mins (from frozen) 2mins – stir gently & recover – 1min 30sec (from chilled)
